Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned, subject to fraud review.

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on ph362 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph362 does not process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Specific minimums and maximums for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.3 Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your ph362 account instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary (typically 5–15 minutes).
4.4 ph362 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from unverified third-party payment sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 5–10 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take 5–15 minutes. ph362 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for large withdrawal amounts.
4.6 ph362 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.1 ph362 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum bonus conversion limits.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Combining bonuses without explicit authorization is prohibited.
5.4 ph362 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonuses already credited if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotions, or violation of these Terms.
5.5 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using bots, or exploiting technical errors, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
6.1 All games on the ph362 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules prior to play.
6.2 RNG-based games (slots, virtual games) use certified Random Number Generators to determine outcomes. These outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any strategy, system, or software.
6.3 Live casino games are conducted by human dealers under on-camera conditions. ph362 does not interfere with live dealer game outcomes.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, ph362 will attempt to resolve the situation equitably. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical failure, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
6.5 ph362 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it is determined that the outcome was influenced by a technical error, software bug, or exploitation of a system vulnerability.

8.1 ph362 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; violation of these Terms; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider; player-requested self-exclusion; or regulatory instruction.
8.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, ph362 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.
8.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph362 support. Following closure, withdrawals of any remaining verified balance will be processed within normal processing timeframes.
9.1 ph362 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, bet limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

10.2 ph362 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 ph362's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 ph362 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur without prior notice.
11.1 All content on the ph362 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface elements, and trademarks, is the property of ph362 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph362 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any other use of ph362 content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
12.1 ph362 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph362 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
